Order cancellation is possible only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation might not be possible. Please contact us as soon as you decide to cancel.

If you haven’t received a confirmation, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your name and mobile number. We’ll check and confirm your order for you.

Typically, orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro cities with airports: ~4–5 business days after dispatch
  
• Second-tier cities with airports: ~6–7 business days
  
• Rural areas: ~9–12 business days
  
  Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

We strive to display our sarees as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings and photography, the actual colour and texture might vary slightly. The design, weave and workmanship remain true to what you see online.

We offer easy returns and exchanges on our sarees (terms apply). If you’re not satisfied, contact our customer service within the return window with your order details. The product must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

We accept prepaid payments and cash on delivery (COD) in eligible regions. For prepaid orders, an extra discount may apply as per current offer
